“Prepare to be Amazed”
Join us Sunday, December 15 at 10:45 for the Christmas Play presented by 25 children ages 3 to 6th grade. This year’s play is entitled “Prepare to be Amazed,” to match our Advent theme.
The story is about a grandparent talking with 4 kids about a nativity scene. The kids wonder about how the characters in the story felt and how they responded to news of this new baby who is the Savior of the World. The idea for the play came from niece Claire who is an 8th grader who has a passion for theater.

The play is written and directed by Pastor Betsy. Musical direction is provided by Melissa Burke – Children’s Music Director, Milt Warkentien – Music Coordinator, and Liz Ericksen and Laurel Cederberg who lead Preschool/Kindergarten Music. Jean Olson is assisting and Lucy Rawitzer is in charge of costumes.
