Thank you to everyone who participated in God’s Work, Our Hands service projects during the month of September.   Bring completed fleece tie blankets and baked goods for Soup for You to Park & Pray Worship on Wednesday, Sept. 30.  We will have a special blessing during worship.

This year’s God’s Work, Our Hands was a virtual experience with individual households doing projects to love our neighbors.  7-8th Grade Confirmation students talked about making fleece blankets, baking zucchini bread for Soup for You, and picking up trash in Central Park.

One participant said, “We chose to make a blanket because I don’t want anyone to be cold!  I like serving because it makes me feel proud and it is like creation because God gave to people so we do the same for others even when we don’t know the person who will receive this blanket.”
