Prince of Peace is excited to host Hennepin Healthcare on Sunday*, November 1 from 9:00 – 11:00 am for our annual Flu Shot Clinic.
*Just a reminder that we are still Worshipping-at-Home during this time so there will not be in-person worship this morning.
Day of Flu Shot Guidelines:
- Please arrive at your scheduled time
- Enter the building through the main (east) doors near the Sanctuary
- All people receiving a flu shot MUST wear a mask inside the building
- Please have your paperwork filled out in advance (Download your form below)
- Please exit the building once you have received your vaccination
Following these guidelines will help ensure people’s safety during this important event.
