A highlight of the Road to Bethlehem:  Drive Thru Nativity was the lighted artwork.  What is the story behind this artwork?

Prince of Peace members Diane Dodge and Audrey Henningson came up with the idea as part of the first-ever drive-thru nativity event.  They created most of the pieces around a Christmas theme.

The artwork is done with glass paint, tissue paper, and modge podge.  It is created on old storm windows.

These windows came from the house that the youth worked on in North Minneapolis in August.  Part of the project was replacing old storm windows.  Pastor Betsy offered to take the windows, not knowing exactly what we would do with them.  She, along with Audrey and Diane, created one of the windows.
