Commissioner Toni Carter from District 4 will be at Luther Memorial Church on Saturday, August 14 at 10:00am. Check-in starts at 9:30am and a suggested donation of $10.00 will be collected at the door.
Toni Carter will be speaking on the topic “Hindsight is 2020, Lessons Light our Path”. Toni is active in the Association of MN Counties, on the board of directors for the National Association of Counties, is a co-chair of the MN Human Services Performance Council and the Ramsey County juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative Stakeholder Committee and chief local elected official on the Workforce Innovation Board of Ramsey County. She is married to retired St. Paul Police Sergeant Carter and mother of Melvin W. Carter III, Mayor of St. Paul.
