The roof replacement team reviewed various roofing options. We decided to move forward with the EPDM system, which has the proven track record and reliability in the industry, and which also meets our budget. This will include tapered dense foam that will direct the water off the roof without puddling. An added bonus is this foam will increase the R value of the roof insulation. Led by Martina Foss Ashworth and her architecture & engineering firm, we created a bidding form to clearly identify the work that is required. We are now in the process of getting bids on the project. I want to thank all the roof replacement team for their help on this project.
