2022 Annual Giving Campaign
In 64 years of ministry, Prince of Peace has been a faithful part of the Body of Christ, sharing God’s love here in Roseville and across the globe. God has indeed set in us a strong foundation. Now, the unexpected turmoil of a pandemic has amplified the challenges before us. We have shown resiliency and compassion, as we’ve navigated through shifting safety protocols. Our community members have responded with investments of time, energy, and resources, enabling us to continue going about the work God has called us to.
But God is also calling us forward, somewhere altogether new. And we need your help to get there in three important ways.
PEOPLE – We need to better meet the needs of families, young and old, who look to be nourished by this community of faith. We need to invest in our staff and ministry leaders to amplify their efforts and increase their effectiveness.
PROPS – We need to enhance the tools we have for doing ministry in this place, especially the facility we use so heavily for the sake of our mission.
PARTNERSHIPS – We need to expand our support for those with whom we partner in sharing God’s love, locally and globally.
Our Goal for New Support = $30,000 X 3
This fall we’re asking for your support again, also in three significant ways:
- Grow your pledge to support this annual giving campaign. Help us increase our investment by $30,000 into the people, props, and partnerships that allow for this ministry to thrive in the coming year.
- Make a contribution to our Enduring Gifts Fund. $30,000 in new gifts, matched 4 to 1 by the Rose Diestler Estate, will make this endowment fund active and able to provide lasting support to our on-going ministry.
- Make a gift to pay off the Parking Lot. Our 3-yr campaign to finance the resurfacing of our parking lot is ending but is still $30,000 short of its goal. An additional gift will help us finish this commitment so we can look forward.
