Recruiting Float Riders to Represent PoP in Rosefest Parade

After a 2-year hiatus, the City of Roseville is once again hosting Rosefest June 23-29. One highlight of this annual community celebration is the Rosefest Parade, taking place on the evening of Monday, June 27. The parade route travels from Roseville Area High School, turns north on Lexington past Central Park, and finishes at the Oval. 20,000 spectators line the route and they’re treated to marching bands, fire trucks, and countless floats entered by community organizations and business.

Prince of Peace will be there to join the fun! Pastor Peter will be driving his 1970 Jeep Pickup and is looking for a handful of folks to walk or ride along, handy out candy and other treats to the crowds along the curb as we go. The parade starts at 6:15pm and finishes when it finishes, depending on where we get placed in the lineup.

If you’re interested in being on our float team, just email Pastor Peter or call the office.
