Even though the tomatoes are just turning red in our gardens, we must admit that school will start before we know it. The past two years have been filled with uncertainty for our school kids. But one thing we know for sure is students need supplies whether their classes are person or online.
It has been our congregation’s joy to collect school supplies every august in anticipation of the start to classes. Backpacks, 3 ring binders, spiral notebooks, art supplies, pens, pencils, erasers… anything a kid might need to be ready for classes to begin. Items can be dropped off on Sunday mornings or anytime time the Prince of Peace office is open. Items will be deliver to Central Park Elementary School on August 29.
