Shaping our Vision for the Future
Congregation president Michael Stetzler and Pastor Peter will provide a comprehensive overview of challenges and opportunities facing Prince of Peace and how we are planning to respond. A major new challenge is the loss of an opportunity to host a day care provider. As we face this challenge, we also have new opportunities “To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with (our) God, including revitalizing our children, youth, and family programming, providing emergency tiny home shelter in partnership with Settled, and proclaiming that we truly welcome all by being designated a Reconciling in Christ congregation. Michael and Peter will discuss these opportunities, our progress toward reshaping our vision, how we will approach revising our current operating budget, and how each of you can become involved in a mission that fits your personal vision of how you are called to serve.
