June 2023 Worship Series

Just as a building doesn’t define the church, a house doesn’t define the home.  On the hierarchy of needs, shelter ranks near the top.  But God’s vision for the world encompasses so much more than a roof over our heads could provide.  As this church sets out to understand how our building and property might better embody God’s vision, let’s take some time to consider the places we call “home.”

The parable of the prodigal, his father, and the older brother will be our companion throughout this worship series.  This story cultivates a richer understanding of home as a place of welcome, cultivation, connection, and purpose.
