Making Room for Christ in our World

Baby Jesus was dedicated in the temple when he was 8 days old, surrounded by his parents and wise prophets Simeon and Anna. We too are asked to make room to find Christ in our world.

Scripture References: Luke 2:21-38

From Series: "Making Room "

There is little doubt that the lives we lead are full, but are they filled with the right things? Lately, life might seem to be filled more with doubts, challenges, frustrations, and division. This Advent, why not take a breath, slow down for a moment and make some room for the good that is breaking into the world? The angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. And now, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you will name him Jesus. He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Most High, and the Lord God will give to him the throne of his ancestor David. He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end.” Luke 1:30-33
